Our property listing service will help you secure holiday-rentals throughout the year.
booking enquiries
These may be handled directly by yourself or alterantively we will handle them on your behalf. For all enquiries you will have the option to receive an email with full enquiry details.
availability calendar
We offer an easy-to-use availability calendar on all properties. You can access and update your calendar at any time to show free/booked dates. We recommend that you make full use of your calendar and keep it up to date, as this can save time and avoid frustration for both you and visitors to the site. Our web site also offers an availability search facility to holidaymakers, data for which is taken from the calendars.
updating your property details
You can update your property details at any time by logging in to your Property Manager. Changes to text, prices and contact details can be made on-line and submitted to us for approval. These changes will normally be displayed on the web site within 24 hours.
photographs
Photos may be sent to us either:
- by uploading digital images directly from your own computer onto our web site.
- by e-mail (as a .jpg attachment).
- by sending original photographs to us by post for scanning.
- by asking us to download photos from your own personal web site.
Please ensure that photos are sharp and as colourful as possible.
We recommend a minimum of six photos with a mix between external and internal photos. For those uploading digital images or sending images by e-mail a minimum width of 300-pixels is recommended for both landscape and potrait photographs.
